You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your windph login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication credentials. You agree to:
windph will never contact you via unsolicited communication to request your password, one-time OTP codes, or GCash transfer to a personal number. Any communication purporting to be from windph making such requests should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
windph shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations, or from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
